About Me
🍁There are hidden gems in everything & everyone. With beauty in mind, I focus on one gem at a time🍂
Hi, my name is Corie, living in Central Valley just outside of the Bay Area, CA with my two boys, my husband, two dogs, Broly and Yumi and our 3 cats, Attie, Jasmine and Karter. I love to travel, read books, paint and hang out with my family and friends and take pictures!
My goal is to capture your natural beauty with minimal editing. I like fresh and natural photos that make you look like the best version of yourselves. While some minor adjustments might be made, I prioritize preserving your authentic appearance as seen through my lens.
Not only am I a photographer, I'm also an allied healthcare worker and I take immense pride in wearing both hats. In my day-to-day life, I navigate the realms of healing and creativity, capturing the essence of both mankind and nature through my two passions. As I oscillate between these two worlds, I’ve come to realize they aren't separate at all. Both professions require a mixture of art and science, the delicate balance of compassion and skill. Whether I’m providing care or capturing a sunset, it’s all about connection—drawing out the shared human experience that binds us all, but the best thing in my life is my family. I'm a wife, a mother of 3 boys and I love them all dearly.
There's something else about me :) I love dragonfly. Dragonflies have always held a special place in my heart, captivating me with their grace and beauty. Growing up in the Philippines, I spent countless afternoons chasing these enchanting insects, marveling at their iridescent wings and agile flight. Each time I caught one, I felt a sense of wonder, as if I had captured a piece of nature’s magic. Their vibrant colors and intricate designs made them stand out against the lush greenery of my childhood surroundings. I remember the thrill of observing them up close, learning about their unique features and behaviors. These experiences not only deepened my appreciation for dragonflies but also fostered a lifelong fascination with the natural world. Even now, the sight of a dragonfly brings back fond memories of those carefree days spent exploring the outdoors. It just also happens that they symbolize hope and infinite possibilities.
